Program Outline of the Conference

Chorister: Jared Grogan

Organist: Eric Wannberg

Bill Buffington conducted the meeting with Elder Robert C. Oaks presiding. After the opening hymn and opening prayer, Brother Buffington called for sustaining votes on the Church General Authorities, Stake Presidency, and Stake Auxiliaries. This was especially uplifting since the First Presidency of the Church had just recently been re-organized after the death of President Gordan B. Hinckley. After the sustaining votes (which was unanamous throughout), Brother Buffington layed out the remainder of the program in which he was the first speaker, followed by Sister Gloria Oaks, and her husband Elder Robert C. Oaks (President of the Central Europe Area).
